NAME YOUR TUNE CDS:

What age is the Name Your Tune CD best suited for?
Name Your Tune CDs are great for newborn babies, toddlers and children age 5. It’s never too early to introduce music to babies and Name Your Tune CDs are a great start to building a music collection. Children will enjoy Name Your Tune CDs equally, yet differently, at different stages in their development. Babies will enjoy the music and interaction of the songs and will start to identify themselves in the songs, while toddlers and preschoolers will love that these songs are all about them.

Do you have my child’s name recorded?
Have a look through our lists of names currently available. We have more than 5000 names recorded for the original Name Your Tune CD (list of names) (list of names) and more than 3000 names recorded for Name Your Tune 2 (list of names) (list of names). We do not have plans to be in the recording studio in the near future and cannot accept orders for Name Your Tune CDs for names that are not currently on our list of available names.

I don’t see the name I’m looking for on the list of names?
Consider the way that the name is spelled. There are so many ways to spell so many of the names that we have recorded so look for alternate spellings. The name Michaela might appear on our list as Mikayla or Makayla.

What about spelling?
We make every Name Your Tune CD to order and we print the name on the label exactly as you want it. Name Your Tune is personalized just for you.

How do I get the pronunciation I want?
Just as there are so many spellings, there are so many pronunciations. We have multiple pronunciations recorded for many names. We have both Julianna and Julionna, for example. When you place your order there is a mandatory field to fill out about the pronunciation. If we have any questions about the pronunciation of the name that you have requested, we’ll be in touch before we make your Name Your Tune CD. More than anything – this is the part that we want to get right for you.

Can I have more than one name on a Name Your Tune CD?
We can include up to three names on Name Your Tune CD by alternating the songs among the names. This is a great solution for a family to have one CD to enjoy in the car together without having to change the CD on the road. We also can alternate between names like “Ben” and “Benjamin” or “Charles” and “Charlie” on a CD.

What about the message for the label? Will it fit?
There is room on the label of the CD for a personal message from you to celebrate an occasion or to double as a notecard. There line above the name needs to be no more than 24 characters and the line below the name needs to be no more than 36 characters.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Name Your Tune CDs are always priced to give you a discount when you order more than one CD at a time. They are $20 each or 2 for $36 and $18 each after that. If you are looking to use Name Your Tune CDs for lootbags or party favours please be in touch at info@nameyourtune.com and we’ll provide you with the details.

I can’t add the Name Your Tune CD to my shopping cart.
Sorry you’re having a hard time. This usually happens for one of two reasons. You may have missed filling out the field for the pronunciation or the message that you’ve requested for the label is too long. If you have done both of these steps and you’re still having a hard time, let us know and we’ll help you out.

How can I change something in my shopping cart?
To remove an item already in your shopping cart, set the quantity to 0 (zero) and click "update cart". From there you can go back and add it again.

The volume discount for purchasing more than one Name Your Tune CD is not appearing in my shopping cart.
The discount will be applied when you are ready to checkout. Your Name Your Tune CDs will be priced at $20 each and the discount will appear in the “discount” at the checkout.

My coupon code is not working.
Your coupon code will be activated at the checkout. Make sure that you have entered your coupon code and then click “update cart” to activate it upon checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Name Your Tune coupon codes are only applied to the product for which they were given. For example, coupon codes for Name Your Tune Volume 1 cannot be used for Name Your Tune Volume 2.

Can I ship to different addresses?
Yes, you can. Use one address as the billing address and the other as the shipping address and please let us know in the comments section which gift should be shipped to which address. If there are more than two addresses, please be in touch with us and we’ll take care of it for you. We will contact you about additional shipping fees for multiple shipping destinations.

I am local, can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
We have pick-up available upon request. Please contact us to arrange to pick up your order at our Richmond Hill or Burnaby locations.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges are not possible except where there is a defect. We are constantly striving to provide the highest quality in both products and service. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any question or concerns.

SPECIAL TOUCHES:

Can you wrap my gift for me?
Yes! We gift wrap Name Your Tune CDs in decorative cellophane bags and tie them with ribbons. For multiple gift wrapped CDs they will each be labeled on the outside of the wrapping.

Can you enclose a notecard for me?
Yes! We have notecards that we can enclose with your gift and send it right to the recipient. Please let us know what special note we can include with your special gift.

Can you send my gift right to the recipient?
Yes! We can ship your gift anywhere for you and we’ll send you the shipping notification so that you know that it’s on it’s way to them. Don’t worry, we never enclose an invoice.

My Woodness Me:

What is the turnaround time on the collection from My Woodness Me?
The pieces from our My Woodness Me collection are delivered to us once a month and we ship them from here. The turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks but this depends on the timing of your order according the delivery schedule. Please note that orders placed in and around the holiday season may take longer. The cut off time for this collection is usually by the end of October to guarantee delivery for Christmas

Can I choose the colours for the My Woodness Me collection?
There are 3 colour ‘family’ choices for the My Woodness Me collection – Primary, Pastel and Jewel. You can make modifications or special requests within these colour choices for an additional $5.

We lost a letter from our puzzle stool. Can it be replaced?
It happens. The letters can be replaced. In order to get the perfect fit, you will need to return the top of the stool to us so that we can send it back to the artist so that it can be drawn, cut and fit into place for you. Each stool is made to order so the right fit is crucial. The replacement cost is $5 per letter (plus shipping). It sure beats replacing the stool!

My dog chewed on one of the letters, is the paint safe?
The paints and finishes are all non-toxic. While we don’t recommend eating them, they are safe and harmless.

Can I put two names on a stool?
The large stool can have two capital letters and up to 11 letters. Please note that there is not an “&” available for the lettering.

Can I include an accent over one of the letters?
We can include accents for the boxes, stools yes, but not on the doornames, namechains or coatracks. There is no additional charge for an accent.

Blankets:

How do I care for my blanket?
All of our fleece products are designed for machine wash and drying. The fabric will not run, fade or shrink.

How are Admiral Road blankets made?
All of our blankets are handmade in Canada using a polyester fleece. We use a simple sewing machine to appliqué our blanket designs, and an industrial serger to ensure that the hem will not fray, even after hundreds of washings. Our blankets are made with a single layer of fleece. This keeps our blankets cozy, but light enough even for a small child to carry around.

Can I choose a different colour for the blanket that I want?
Sorry, the blankets come as you see them in the photo – you choose the name and we’ve chosen the rest.

What is the length of the name(s) that I can have on a blanket?
Price includes child's first name, regardless of length. For multiple names there is a maximum of 8 letters. For longer multiple names an additional charge of $3 per letter will be applied

Placemats:

How do I care for my Name Your Place Mat?
Our placemats are best cared for when wiped with a damp cloth or paper towel. They have been designed so that kids can colour on them with washable markers and wiped clean with ease. Do not submerge your placemat in water.
